ADD Moore LLC, moved from brokering Notes in the early 2000’s offering benefits to both the seller and the buyer to owning and providing servicing in-house. Performing and Non-performing notes yield high return rates to the parties entering the transaction.
We have over 15 years of experience in representing both sellers and buyers. In addition to representing note buyers, we can quickly put together a team to perform due diligence regarding a pool of notes in order to help the buyer with their decision to purchase the pool, as well as its pricing.
The value add, is that we have the expertise and agreements from either the seller or buyers and proven track record to successfully negotiate a purchase price. Our years of experience have thought us how to spot a good investment, and avoid potential pitfalls.

My team has over 30 years of experience and over 25 years of the same, ongoing clients due to our residential cleaning expertise. For the commercial cleaning side of the business, we stand by our core-5 system and training to serve large medical clients such as Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and high-end clients such as Hermes of Paris.
